Mark Davey - Partner

Mark has been with TWF Partners since 1999 and has extensive experience in advising clients across a range of industries in the business services and tax areas. Mark assists clients with the day to day running of their businesses and advises on banking, cash flow and stock matters.

Mark's energy and efficiency is backed up by strong analytical abilities.

Mark is open, approachable and always accessible allowing him to gain detailed understanding of clients' business and personal affairs.

Mark is a great mentor to younger staff and responsible for our successful graduate recruitment programme.

Mark has a passion for sports enjoying swimming, triathlon and following the Richmond Football Club. He gives back to the community by coaching junior athletes in AFL and Surf Lifesaving.

Stuart Ferguson - Partner

Stuart commenced his accounting career in 1977 qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1980. Stuart was one of the founding partners of Todes Williams Ferguson in 1989 now TWF Partners after establishing his own practice in 1986. Stuart is a registered Company Auditor and Superannuation Auditor.

Stuart's personal experience of growing a small business from its early stages has proven invaluable to many SME and family business clients. His strong client relationships are based on trust, independent and unbiased advice that involves his clients in all processes and decisions. Stuart's clients include family businesses, international companies, investors, high-net-worth and high-profile individuals and professionals.

Bernard Marcus - Partner

Bernard's career began in South Africa where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He was a partner in a firm of Chartered Accountants in South Africa before immigrating to Australia and was instrumental in introducing the first computer into the firm in 1980. He is currently a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and is a registered Superannuation Auditor heading up the firm's Superannuation Fund Audit Division.

Bernard has an extensive professional accounting background, and specialises in the area of accounting and tax. A large proportion of Bernard's clients are represented by investors, property developers and professionals. Bernard is committed to personal service and maintains a strong personal relationship with his clients. To achieve this he adopts a hands-on approach in all client matters.

Peter Watmuff - Partner

Peter Watmuff is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Tax Advisor with over 45 years in the Accounting Industry. Peter has vast experience in the SME market to assist clients in complex matters.

His clients include a wide range of medium sized clients with several high wealth clients being advised on a range of tax, accounting and commercial matters.

Glenn Williams - Partner

  • Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants

Glenn is involved in a diverse list of clients including subsidiaries of large corporations, importers exporters, wholesalers, retailers, and property investors and developers. He advises on a range of taxation and business matters. A large proportion of clients are family groups with varied legal structures.

Glenn believes that it is important to understand a client's commercial, investment and personal goals in order to provide the best advice.

Glenn is enthusiastic about professional development and attends many structured courses in roder to keep abreast of developments in the areas that he practices in.

He has also mentored young accountants in the process of completing the Chartered Accountants Programme.

Glenn's spare time is mostly spent with family activities and he spends a considerable amount of time involved in his children's sporting activities.

Des Hinsley - Consultant

Des Hinsley is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries.

His expertise focuses on revenue law and practice, Des has expertise in tax matters associated with property transactions and provides general business advice.
